Membership

Members of SCIMP represent the broad base of Scottish primary care.  All contributors are expected to have a special interest in eHealth and in particular should have skills, experience or post-graduate qualifications in medical informatics.

Where do our members come from?

Individual Members

Drawn from the primary care community these are normally people with a special interest in clinical informatics and direct experience of providing general practice and associated services.

Organisational Representatives

This are key representatives from other eHealth bodies (typically of NHS Scotland).

We also have representatives from the software suppliers and they are involved in any appropriate discussions via an email distribution list.
