PCI Codelist June 2021

Primary Care Informatics (formerly known as SCIMP) are pleased to provide the latest recommended codes for use in primary care.  The aim of this list is to promote consistent data entry across Scotland.  In general, high priority codes, which tend to be diagnoses should be shared when referring patients.  Clinical judgement or exclusion lists should be used so information shared is suitable for the destination of the referral.
