Good Practice Guide

This version is now out of date and the Scottish Good Practice Guidelines will be updated in line with the Good Practice Guidelines for GP electronic patient records from the Department of Health in the near future.

This is the definitive guidance for any practice moving to paperless working and was produced jointly by RCGP and BMA. The original document has been updated for Scottish practices with extra information on Scottish legislation and regulation.
