DocMan – Restore Functionality – Guidance Change
Just to let you know that there has been a change to the “DocMan – Restore Functionality” guidance.
Now when GP Practices have completed the necessary information requests/checked the required data, the copy of the archived record needs to be re-archived. GP Practices should contact Microtech on 01563 530480 who will carry out this required action.
Please note: GP Practices should NOT delete the restored documents or re-export.
